Kai von Jesberg is a gorgeous 2-3 year old long haired German Shepherd who is blossoming in front of our eyes. We wish we could tell you his story. When Kai came to us, everything was new and overwhelming but he is adjusting and making good progress. He loves the people in his inner circle at the rescue, but does need time to get comfortable with new people. He needs aware parents who will love him and guide him so he can continue to thrive and not feel overwhelmed. He is medium energy, excellent around other dogs, and even passed cat testing. With dogs he is a friendly greeter who comfortably mingles and roams about. In fact, he does so well that he is sharing space with several other dogs at the rescue, so we think he would appreciate another dog or two in the home. Kai wants to trust and finds solace in being with people who give him time to get to know them.
